Returns

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized with an approved Return Authorization (RA) #.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and the item name to request a RA#.

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept an item that is not in perfect condition, so please contact us immediately if you are considering a return.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

Refunds can only be issued to the payment method that was originally used for your order.

All shipping charges incurred as the result of a return are the customer’s responsibility.

SALE ITEMS

No refunds are given on any Sale Items. They are all final sales.

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect or defective item in your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we can assess the item quickly and help you with a resolution.
